We booked this hotel during the Canton Fair. They provide a shuttle to and from the hotel which is great. The hotel is located in walking distance to Beijing Lu as well as other temples and tourist spots. Free coffee and juice and popcorn at the lobby. We brought our kids along since we went to Chimelong during the weekend, and it was such a wonderful surprise when we entered a room and found a tent, books and toys & toiletries for kids. The bathroom even came with a potty for the toilet. The staff were great, very accommodating and kind. TERESA was wonderful, she really helped us with our booking (we were a group of 10), so she did her best to give us rooms in the same building despite the busy season. I would really recommend looking for ger especially if you don’t know any Chinese. KRISTINE was also very accommodating especially with the kids. and FU was also very kind. They helped book Taxis for us too.

I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The room was exceptionally clean, with every detail thoughtfully attended to, from spotless linens to a well-maintained bathroom. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel’s ambiance was welcoming, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile.
