The staff are amazing, especially Lucas from the management of the hotel. We have stayed 3 days in this hotel, and Lucas had made itinerary for us during our stay to explore all point of interest in Zhangjiajie. He knows exactly how to avoid long queue so we really can optimize the time that we had. The hotel is located in a quiet area and the views are amazing, close to the middle gate of forest park. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. We had a couple of dinners in the hotel and the food was very tasteful

The host and staff was very friendly and helpful with planning the route about the National Park. Perfect modern design with classic room ,which is spacious and very warm. The staff was so kind to help get all the tickets we wanted for our travel.

The hotel is within a 10-minute walking distance of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park (Wulingyuan entrance), which is extremely convenient. We got a free room upgrade when we got there and the staff was extremely helpful. They asked us how many days we planned on visiting the park (which was 1 day) and they talked us through an entire route we could take to make the most of our day. They also provided us with a map and helped us book our entrance tickets. We literally saw the entire park during this one day. It was perfect. They also offer free usage of washing machines, which we desperately needed. The breakfast was ok. The room was quite spaceous, really comfortable and had a nice bath and bidet toilet. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff was exceptionally helpful. They assisted us booking the tickets to the various nature parks of this region and were always eager to help and plan a nice journey in the parks. The food was also great and the bathtub on the balcony is a nice addition to the beautiful room.
