The hotel facilities  were nice. It has a clean, nice swimming pool, the staff were amazing guys. The location was also nice. One of the Zhangjiaje national park's entrances is in just a 3-minute walk.  They serve for the breakfast rice  noodle soup, which is Hunan's best dish, and also good coffee and many more.  View from the hotel room was spectacular. You can see the beauty of the Zhangjiaje mountains right from the hotel room terrace. The double deluxe room has a nice terrace and also has a bath on it.  The Main thing is that Tim, the hotel manager, is the almost only one who speaks English in the region, and he managed everything for guests. If you need help of booking national park's sightseeing tickets, taxi or other things he's always willing to help. The other hotel guys were also helpful, polite, nice guys. Room was comfortable, room facilities also were very good. Highly recommend to stay at this hotel.

The hotel is located near the entrance of National Forest. The room is spacious and the environment is calm. Ultimately, Mr.Lucas and Mr. Eson who are the staffs of the hotel took care of us very well. They helped us check the weather, plan the route, drive us to the entrance free of charge. Also, they helped us call the taxi to pick up and send us at the airport (with the reasonable price). I LOVE everything about this hotel and if I have a chance to visit Zhangjiajie next time, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Special location with cliff mountain view. The host helped us with everything. hey were also very helpful in booking tickets and transportation as needed. The breakfast and restaurant food was also very good. We had a wonderful stay and would come back! It was a great experience!

The hotel has so many great things about it, and the greatest might be the Owner Lady! She helped us to get the taxi for all of our travels, she built us the itinerary to see Zhangjiajie and TianMen to the fullest, even celebrated our birthday with us! When we got to Zhangjiajie, it was late night, we were hungry and angry. BUT one look at the hotel room was enough to feel instant happiness: the room is literally the biggest hotel room I’ve ever seen in China, the style is so well executed. The breakfast is soooo good too, it is well balanced, prepares you for the day ahead in the mountains. We loved every staff and the cutest cat Lucky! This hotel itself must be a reason to visit Zhangjiajie! Don’t make the same mistake we did: we spent 2 days in Zhangjiajie National Park, 1 day in Tianmen; so far our biggest regret is not staying for at least 2 more days to enjoy the hotel, playing mahjong, drinking tea, enjoying the baths.

The Host Lady was really so nice. We got in near midnight and a driver was organised to pick us up, for free. Watch-out, he was waiting outside the airport, not at the arrivals doorway. The location feels remote, but it makes the view absolutely stunning and adds to the quiet peace. The Host Lady is well-practised at using a translation app, so I don't think communication is a problem. Breakfast is served in the 'restaurant' which is a separate guesthouse-type area down some stairs outside. The breakfast every morning is roughly the same. There is a fried egg, a fruit (melon one day, or orange the next), a vegetable (a corn one day, or a sweet potato the next day) a bread-type bun, and a bao-bun. AND ALSO a bowl of noodle soup with mince. It can be a lot. Our final breakfast also had rice porridge on top of all that. If you need help planning your day, the Host Lady is happy to help. She is always available on WeChat. If you book the southern entrance of the Zhangjiajie Forrest Park, she can drive you to the entrance (and pick-up) as it's only a few minutes' drive away. If you need a driver for the day for further away, they will book you a driver (you pay them directly via Weixin). We had a driver for the whole day to go to the Canyon Bridge. Our first full day, the Host Lady had a fresh home-made dinner made for us in their restaurant. It was 210 RMB, but it was very nice.
