My room was spotless. The air conditioning worked very well, and I was able to have Wi-fi instantly. My room attendant was accommodating, checking to see that the beds were to my liking and that I had sufficient amenities. I have stayed at this hotel many times, as the location is excellent. East Croydon station is handy, and the bus service is always available.

Kitchen has everything needed, big smart TV, big table, comfortable bed and sofa, heating, regular cleaning, gym, 10 minute walk to the train station. Great and friendly staff. Manager Muhammad is the best, helped me twice to extend the stay right before checkouts.

It's a good place with great services, have stayed there before in 2018. So I reserved it because I loved it on my first visit. Awesome Breakfast and restaurant at the premises. Also shopping center and restaurants just across the street and TGI Friday's Adjacent.

The property was beautiful! The pub downstairs had a wonderful ambiance with incredible service and the rooms were extremely comfortable. I was pleased that my room had an incredible view out over the back garden with plenty of natural light.

I found the aparthotel concept extremely good. Its a sort of service apartment that gives you a fully functional kitchen which includes a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, a hobb along with a queen size bed and television. equally good is the bathroom. all these features at a great price. Also the area is good and well connected as the station is right behind the hotel. Slightly far from heathrow but once you are there you will like it.

No reason to pay a lot more to stay in the city centre when it's just as easy to come in with an 18-minute train ride.
