We chose this lodging because of the location near to the train station and due to the glowing remarks of others. It was only a 10 minute walk to the lodging. Jeff and Edna warmly and sincerely greeted us and made us feel at home. A beautifully decorated entryway led to a relaxing parlor, an elegant dining room for the breakfast meals, and several flights of attractive stairs to the rooms on three floors. Our room #19 was easily twice the size of a previous BNB in Cardiff! In fact, the bathroom alone was larger than that room, with plenty of hot water and room for washing and dressing. Even though the bed is huge, there is more than enough space around it plus a sitting area by the window. The sitting area offers a hot pot for making coffee or tea. Guests get to select their breakfast choices from a full English breakfast menu the night before. It offers bacon, sausages, beans, tomatoes, hash brown potatoes, guest’s choice of eggs and toast. Jeff’s coffee is guaranteed to jump start your day or tea is also available as are orange juice and milk. On a side table are offerings of fruits and cereals. We have only one regret, that we only had two nights reserved!

    Location excellent. The building is beautiful and maintained really well. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. This is our second stay. We were in a smaller room but equally comfortable. Bed really comfortable and good quality linen. Modern bathroom with walk in shower. Excellent freshly cooked breakfast. There is also parking available. The hosts are welcoming. We will always stay here when we visit Llandudno and have no hesitation in recommending it.

    A very central location and a well presented building which was well decorated, clean and attractive. The room itself (room 6) was on the small side but was fine for a couple. The fittings and decoration were modern and the room was very clean. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was good with plenty of choice and good quality food. The hotel was good value for money and I would definitely return.

    We absolutely loved The Grafton. The location is perfect for a lovely stroll along the beautiful prom. Paul and Laurie are so welcoming and friendly. My 10 year old loved Paul! The family room was large and comfortable, and we slept well . The bathroom was modern and stylish. The breakfast was one of the best I've had, and I was catered for so well as gluten free and didn't feel to be a hindrance. It was so easy to park outside at no cost! I cant recommend this guest house enough and we will most certainly be back x

    Breakfast was great with good choice and range and local produce. Location was bang on the promenade which made it very convenient for everything however it also meant it was a little 'lively' with late night passing foot traffic and revellers - this is only what you would expect given the spot, though. Decor was modern and clean and stylish and everything felt nice and good quality. The welcome and hospitality from the owners was excellent and they obviously care a lot about giving guests a good experience.
