We spent 3 nights here in January 2025 and were kindly upgraded to a suite overlooking the mountains and rice paddy fields. The property is immaculately maintained and we found it a beautiful place to unwind after visiting the Ijen crater. The staff at Reception easily arranged transfers for us. We enjoyed our meals at their restaurant and the staff were charming. Highly recommend.

The room is clean and comfy, The staffs are very nice to us. The breakfast is good enough. We arrived at night in heavy rain and we were so tired after long journey and they valet my car for parking which is so nice and the check in was so quick. They gave us welcome drinks too. So nice, we will definitely come back when we visit Banyuwangi.
