Impeccable service in Sakti Garden, exceeded all expectations. The staff was incredibly hospitable, ensuring every need was met promptly. The buffet breakfast offered delicious options. Undoubtedly, a perfect haven for a relaxing and indulgent getaway! P.S. The spa option is in process. It was not ready yet.

The staff is very friendly and sincere. We had a very warm welcome ceremony during the checkin. The location is very close monkey forest and is right in the city center, at the same time, keeping its serenity. The room was equipped with everything needed. Comfy bed, over expectations service, we loved it totally .. will surely come again when in Ubud.

The Facility is amazing there is no doubt about it. it is full of nature, specious, room size is large, not crowded, staff is amazing, way to friendly and helpful. i personally like to thanks LIA ( Assistant Manager) and her team. they are all very corporative. Hotel is Eco friendly and if you are one of traveler who likes Vegan, then it is absolute perfect choice. you can find lots of vegan and organic option in restaurant. The location is perfect, right in the middle of city center and walking distance to Ubad center and lots of shops. i will definitely recommend and looking forward to stay there again.

Staff was great, kind and available. Room, restaurant and pool clean. View is great. Food, too. Not far away from Ubud center. Mr Agus, the driver suggested by hotel for airport pick up, was with us all 5 days. Very nice person, helpful, kind, polite. Thanks to him we could really experience local culture and people.
