It was our first visit to Palampur. Property were situated in the middle of Tea Gardens. Staff & Our private Butler was very cooperative and precisely understood all our requirements,be it making arrangements for our travel with deciding places. Excellent courtesy, with fast delivery of services. Food and beverages were sumptuous and the presentation was excellent. The crockery was clean and new. The site view is quite impressive. In the end its value for money.
