This hotel is a little boutique hotel located in a quiet area of private villas in a little town Massa (Roncha). Hotel is very new, modern and tastefully decorated. Nice pool and absolutely stunning territory: big green park with facilities to make sports, sunbath, play for kids and relax. We had a room with balcony overlooking the pool - room is nice and spacious. Breakfasts were good, nice to seat outdoors. In general you can feel like at your own villa, so relaxing. To the beach clubs you can go by foot about 15-20 min, or drive by car. Most of the beach clubs have their own parking and hotel have also its big parking. This is not Forte dei Marmi itself, to Forte you have to drive around 15 min.

    Break Feast location is sea front, basic but good quality. Staff in the morning was fine but very rude staff for dinner , the woman that brought us drink did not even make eye contact and as was saying something very rude mumbled something 🤬I even asked the waiter if he was angry? He said no! Back room was very bad no window , next to busy city walk way and road🤬
