The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was nice and clean. I really enjoyed the bed. It was marvellous: immaculate, with an extremely comfortable, high quality mattress. The shower room also was great, squeaky clean, with soft and thick high quality towels. My room was also very quiet, which I appreciated a lot. Furthermore, as I had forgotten to ask a receipt when I left and I needed one, the staff was very kind and quickly emailed me the receipt soon after I contacted them asking for help.
