Superb view on Lago di Garda, friendly staff, spacious room, great breakfast buffet. We arrived on a rainy day and the receptionist offered us access to the spa because of the weather. That's excellent customer service for which we increased our rating from an 8 to a 9.

The views of Lake Garda were spectacular, from the moment we stood on the large terrace overlooking the lake we felt totally immersed in its beauty and tranquility . the reception staff were so helpful and friendly as were the bar personnel who tended our every needs attentively and always smiling. We engaged in some friendly banter with them over a Pina Colada or two with a tint of wit here and there which drew spontaneous laughter embracing those special moment which we will cherish forever. Thank you all for a wonderful time Padraig and Paul

We had a wonderful stay! The property was very comfortable, clean, and cool—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. It’s located a bit uphill, but it’s absolutely manageable and well worth it for the peaceful setting. The staff were all incredibly pleasant and accommodating, making us feel right at home. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely book again!

    Breakfast was pleasantly extensive, although having to cook the breakfast egg yourself does not deserve four stars, inquiries revealed that we were not the only ones who experienced this as a negative. Lunch and dinner were absolutely fine and of high quality, a pleasure.
