Although they disappointed me at first because they canceled my reservation without prior warning due to a mixup with my bank I must say the staff were incredibly helpI don’t think it was because of the misunderstanding I think that this is their way. I had to extend the trip but also changed the type of beds in the room, due to an additional person joining after initial booking. The person on the phone was able to help me adjust my 2 separate bookings to connect to the same type. Location is convenient. The rooms are very new and clean. Delivery service by the robot is very ingenious as well.

What I love about this hotel is that the staff goes above and beyond for Families , Being from New york city I never have gotten treatment like this Not in Europe and some parts of Asia, Hotel Kaie Staff From The Customer service Reps to the Manger and Supervisor made me Feel at home. I really appreciate their unconditional love for families. I will forever cherish the way they treated me and my kids , if you are ever visiting Tokyo. This is the only place you would want to stay.     Excellent location, a 7 minute flat walk from Haneda T3 departures and metro station providing easy access to both the airport and city centre (Shinjuku in under 30 minutes), perfect for those with an early morning flight. Room was quiet and pleasant, with many amenities and comfort for 1 single person, for two it may have been a squeeze. Lots of modern amenities, power, good shower pressure and quality toiletries. It's a new hotel and therefore it is up to modern standards.

    Really stylish art-loving hotel on the top floors of a modern skyscraper overlooking Tokyo Bay. Wonderful views from clean and functional room, and wonderful view of city centre from Reception. Helpful staff and free freshly machine-made coffee at any time of the day. Location was above the underground passages leading to Shimbashi station, so within tube-travel distance of almost anywhere in Tokyo, even if the immediate surroundings are notable only for the delightful and historic Hamarikyu Gardens.
