I think it was very recently renovated so everything is new and very clean. We highly recommend a room with the castle view, it's spectacular!

Our room with a view of the harbor was awesome! Nice entry way, large seating/sofa area with TV was great. The beds were comfortable and enough away from the seating area that made it very pleasant. The large bathroom was just as awesome. It was very neat and clean. Staff members were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good, but the assortment of umeboshi made it great. We weren’t planning to go to the amusement park, but it was very kind of the hotel to let us know it would be closed on the day of our visit.

The hotel is only one train station away from Kansai Airport. Walking towards exit 3 will see a sign that will lead you to the hotel building. Very convenient. We arrived late, walked to the Premium outlet, but most of the shops are closed around 8pm. There is a mall across the outlets that has many restaurants, so we settled on a bowl of ramen. The hotel offers free shuttle service to the airport the next day.

Location is near to Kansai airport, train station and Rinku premium outlet. Staffs were very nice. View from the room was breathtaking. Onsen, restaurant and so many vending machines inside the property. Robot check in was funny and my child enjoyed a lot. Really worth for the money
