Couple who own the hotel are really lovely, it’s all new building/rooms and very clean with everything needed. Owner was so friendly helpful, and after a short stay drove me to the airport for my flight in early hours of morning.

It is everything you could ask for! Clean, quiet and comfortable! We checked in late at night and were extremely tired after a long travel day, we were greeted with a welcome drink, a very pleasant receptionist that checked us in quickly, explained everything that we needed to know and then escorted us to our room with a welcoming attitude and efficient manner. Even though the hotel is close to the airport and while outside you could hear the planes, once inside the room it was extremely quiet. They offer a great breakfast with excellent coffee for a fair price. I would highly recommend this hotel while transiting through Colombo or even staying for a few days

Everything was great. They picked us up at the airport at 3am, they gave us a late breakfast so we could rest and the room was spacious and cool. The stairs wobble a little when going up the the room in the annex, but it's safe enough. The owner walked us to the bus station after breakfast.

Hospitality and customer service. Mr. Kasun is a true example of professionalism and excellent customer service. Even though my family and I checked in late at night, due to some unforseen circumstances, he made sure everything went smoothly and with ease. Mr. Kasun has made our stay the most memorable one.     Everything was spotless, the rooms were generous and the whole building was tastefully decorated. Modern but with a Sri Lankan flavour. Breakfast was great, generous multiple servings and good quality. Not buffet, individually cooked We liked everything, the staff and facilities were first class. Just fyi, The pick up from the airport was organised by the hotel at an extra cost, paid direct to an independent taxi driver, so get a price when you book.
