Excellently maintained facility. Feels brand new, yet also comfy and cozy like you're visiting family. The host was very kind and welcoming. We got to feed the sheep and alpaca in the morning which was a very memorable part of our trip! I would recommend this accommodation to anyone who's looking for a high quality place to stay, away from the crouds and have a unique New Zealand experience! Oh I almost forgot - bathroom had great water pressure and a towel rack that actually heated up quickly enough to warm the towel I need for my shower!

Rang in to say i would be checking in late so they left the room open and turned the heater on. Coming back to warm room after a long day working outside makes a big difference. Shower pressure was exceptional, best I've ever seen.

We attended a wedding in Mosgiel so it was very convenient being just down the road from the venue. In the room see particularly wanted to be able to have our little girl in a separate space to the lounge room so we could watch tv without disturbing her sleep. Our little girl loved the little playground area just outside the room.

The owners are really lovely and gave good suggestions not only for in town/on the peninsula, but for my onward travel. The room is a bit small, but there is so much functionality packed in without anything feeling cramped, with a fully functional kitchenette, desk area, and bathroom. The mural is a fun plus.

We decided to stay at the property at the last minute. We had the whole house to ourselves, and it was a very comfortable stay in Dunedin. The owner was helpful and easy to communicate with. The house is modern and well-equipped. THe washing machine is a plus for us.

It is on a quiet safe street. Everything is nearby. what I like the most is having a washing machine at the property which makes it convenient for us since we stayed long time.
