The location was perfect, staff very friendly and accommodating, and ensured i was comfortable. Food choices were simple, but good with not a very wide variety, but there is an abundance of restaurants all in walking distance if you feel the need for a variety. The pool and bar are amazing, and again the staff are so accommodating and friendly, as well as unintrusive.

A special thanks to Mr.Dan for his professional, genuine, and very kind hospitality. We had some issues with 3rd party logistics service provider and Mr Dan was very prompt to take all the actions and made our stay as great as possible. Thank you! Staff is always smiling and welcoming. Security is always on duty and its very safe. Breakfast is very yummy and special thanks to Mr Mico for his great service in the restaurant. He was always attentive and very quick. Wifi and tv works well. Improvement for housekeeping as he had started cleaning and vacuuming the upper floor at 6:30 am, but he immediately stopped when i walked upstairs.

    The hotel is huge, has several pools, restaurants, foam party, golf field and so on, Therefore to get any location you have to wait transfer, after few days it has been little problem, for example if you forgot something in your room you need spend a lot of time for transfer. But facilities were realy super, we used different pools, private beach. The breakfast was rich and different, pools were clean and modern, staff was friendly. it was respectful resort for all kind of people - families, couples, singles. A lot of things to do.

    Great hotel customer service, very accommodating and courteous staffs, good location, ambiance, breakfast buffet and room service menu are great quality. It was our 1st time in boracay and this hotel did not disappoint us. We are planning to return Feb/Mar 2025 here for a longer stay!
