It was good that there was security & we felt comfortable. You need chairs or a bench outside so people can sit & enjoy outside. The outside pool was warmer than the inside pool. The hot tub was very cold.

The staff was exceptional, everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping staff were very friendly. The location was great, easy to get to Beale St, The Peabody to see the ducks, and local restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is in an older building and they have done a great job preserving some of the vintage feel. The garage is on site and easy to get in and out of.

The hotel was easy to find, which we liked. It was located close to several attractions. We did not utilize the bar or eat the breakfast, but the facilities looked nice. The breakfast was a little too pricey for my taste. The staff was very polite which is a huge plus in my book.
