The staff was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. We arrived very late at night, and the main receptionist was waiting for us at the front desk to check us in – we were truly impressed by his hospitality. The next morning, we struggled to wake up after a short night, but to our surprise, they had prepared a separate breakfast for us, without us even asking. They also helped us with car rental, which made everything even more convenient. It’s rare to experience such a high level of care and service. Highly recommended – we would definitely stay here again!
