From arrival we were greeted with friendly staff who couldn’t help us more if they tried! They were so accommodating and let us check in 1hr early. The food was absolutely fantastic and delicious and the speed of service was incredible and staff were attentive yet laid back all the time! The staff were fluent in English, French and Belgiun which was very helpful! We went for a walk from the hotel doorstep which was beautiful and a nice distance to walk as a family. We were super lucky to experience the snow fall too so as we wanted time to play with our daughter in the snow in the morning they kindly let us check out 1hr late also. We’d love to revisit if the opportunity came up!

Perfect apartment for what I needed. For a solo traveller or for a couple this is absolutely excellent, very comfortable, very clean and tidy. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly.

Also we were there with a baby and the host upgraded us to the little apartment downstairs to make sure we could move comfortably in the hotel! It was beautifully decorated and everything was really high quality - definitely has the Wow factor! Has everything you need and the added bonus of the wellness area was also lovely. Situated in Burg-Reuland, 41 km from Circuit Spa-Francorchamps, Hotel Val de l'Our features accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. The property is exactly as described. A small, remote, hotel next to a tiny rural village. It includes some shared SPA facilities. 2 hot-tubs (1 inside the spa area, 1 outside), 1 regular sauna, one infra red sauna, and an outdoor pool. All easily accessible and no need to book a time slot. All kept in clean conditions. The room was small but very comfortable, with a big walk in shower. Inside there is lovely decorations and wonderful LED lights that can change colour to your liking. Service: Irena, the owner, is lovely and very hospitable. Always ready to help with a smile and share local knowledge of the area. We had a special allergy request for my partner. No effort was spared to make sure she could enjoy the breakfast to the fullest. All in all 10/10 service, property and location.

Hotel Wemperhardt offers accommodation in the north of Luxembourg, close to the border with Germany and Belgium. Location is excellent, hotel quality is excellent, 2 restaurants in hotel and 1 bar; shopping mall next to it. Really not expected for rural area location anywhere!
