They picked us up and took us to the airport and to the station to Tiamen. They changed our room to a larger one, washed our clothes on the last day, and helped us with all our tours and itineraries, always serving us very patiently and at no additional cost. The breakfast was very well prepared, with fruits, toast and eggs and Chinese noodles. Our room was very comfortable, spacious, with very good towels and bedding, the air conditioning worked perfectly and the shower was great with plenty of water. The room also had a hair dryer and all the necessary amenities, including insect repellent. We highly recommend this hotel, especially because treatment like this family is impossible to have in a hotel chain. Rating 10 out of 10.

It's the kind of place that feels like a hidden gem. Xiao Mei went above and beyond in every way — supporting us with everything we needed, always with a smile. She's more than just a host; she's the heart of this amazing place. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to feel connected, relaxed, and well taken care of.

Also, they helped us call the taxi to pick up and send us at the airport (with the reasonable price). I LOVE everything about this hotel and if I have a chance to visit Zhangjiajie next time, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

We stayed at All Seasons Lodge with 2 families for 3 nights for our visits to the National Park and Canyon and we really recommend this hotel! All the staff (3) are super friendly and helpful. The frontdesk boy helped us planning the trip even before we arrive. He helped us buying tickets of the National Park, Canyon and Tianmen Mt and gave us advise which routes to take and also give us restaurant recommendations. He even helped me out of an argue with a bad caishier of a snack store nearby, forcing me to pay twice with my Alipay. He walked with us to the shop helped me clarify and finally get my money back! The hotel itself was comfortable and has everything you need (good bed, shower, toiletries, breakfast, washing machine, dryer).
