Everything is perfect and exceeded my expectations, cleanliness, location, and staff behavior, they are smiling all the time and very helpful, once I leave the hotel, I immediately plan for the next stay. Tina at the restaurant and all her colleagues, Nour at the front desk, and the two other ladies, the two men as well. Really I fall in love with this hotel

The hotel provides a free shuttle bus service to New International Expo Centre. Really good professional hotel. The rooms were bigger than I thought. The staff is professional. It is true many of them don't speak English that well but it's really no problem for checking in and doing the basics. One of the manager who speaks English very well exceeded our expectations. He was super attentive and helped us make some restaurant bookings. I wish I remembered his name
