We loved our stay here! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and right at home. The hotel manager, Frank, is super friendly and clearly cares about every guest’s experience. The staff is amazing, and was always ready with a smile and quick to help. Especially Zoey, who went above and beyond to check in on us, offer help and local tips, and make sure we were comfortable. Our room was cozy and had everything we needed, with nice little touches that made it feel a bit special. And the whole place is just beautiful.

Everything was amazing and staff great and very polite and helpful! I wish we could stay longer in Chengdu. Hotel is minimalistic with a touch of tradition. Room is extra cozy and it is greatly equipped with everything you might need. Also there is a drinkable water machine to be set to the temperature of your liking. Breakfast is good. Great coffee. And the hotel is in a quiet surroundings we could hear birds out of the window.

The hotel is in a traditional style which we very much enjoyed and it is in a pedestrian courtyard so very little street noise. Staff was lovely and helpful.

The resturaunt is delicious with some of the best food we had on our trip. The air conditioner was ice cold and the shower water was hot. The beds were comfortable and we had great pillows. The courtyard was cozy and comfortable.

View from hotel, I was on 20th floor, 3 lighting building I could see, window can open little to get fresh air. I stayed 2 weeks so free laundry machine, dryer was so helpful. Free laundry services also provided. Hotel gave me Chinese style afternoon ticket at hotel 5th floor. Amenity was also good, liked room shoes, they have mobile battery which you can use your stay. Room cleaning service lady was very nice and kind.
