The breakfast was great, with omelet, bread, fries, warm samosas and a host of salads and cheese being presented at my table with view on the sunrise over the pyramids (see photo). I enjoyed every day of it. The staff was very kind and helpful in ordering taxis to my workshop venue every day, as well as arranging extra strong wifi signal when I needed it for work in the evening. I had a very pleasant stay and would return to this hotel in the future.

This family business has a great price quality ratio. Everyone was super helpful from the host to his nephew. They arranged our transfers, a cruise in the Nile and even the gifts we brought back home. The breakfast was also really good and the cleaning lady was very sweet. I highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I took a chance on this new hotel and are glad we did. I was not comfortable with the idea of using Uber to get around after hearing about some horror stories, so we used the airport pickup and dropoff service.  The driver had a sign and was waiting for us right outside the airport.  The car was clean and we got to the hotel without any issues. Once we were inside, the front desk worker was friendly and we could understand their English without much difficulty. The check in process was smooth and the bellhop helped us take the luggage to our room.  (Tipping culture is very popular in Egypt, so make sure you have small bills of cash handy for tips.) The room was clean (with no weird smells) and the neutral/cream/tan color scheme had nice decoration befitting of the area.  The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the included breakfast. The best part of the hotel is, of course, the pyramids!  It's amazing to be able to see them, especially from the rooftop.  The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, so you can just hang out and stare at them all day if you wanted to.  There is an elevator that will take you to the roof (and the rooms), which is nice because not all "boutique" hotels in the area have them. The hotel does not have a pool, which I didn't care about because I did not come to Egypt to go swimming lol. The concierge can help you book all kinds of activities that will pick you up and drop you off right at the hotel.  We did two museum tours that we loved. The vehicles that took us were clean and newer and our guide got our tickets for us, so we didn't have to do any work.  Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and told us things that were not just written on the artifact cards. You can book less-expected things right from the hotel, too, like one of those Nile river cruises that travel from Awsan to Luxor.

The cleanliness of the entire place was outstanding—the rooms, hallways, and common areas were spotless and well-maintained throughout my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and always ready to help. Their professionalism and warm attitude made me feel very welcome. The communication was fast and efficient; any request I had was handled immediately, whether through reception, phone, or the hotel’s service channels. The location of the hotel is perfect—easy to reach, close to everything, and very convenient for both relaxation and exploring the area. The Wi-Fi connection was strong and stable in all parts of the hotel, which made working and streaming completely hassle-free. As for the rooms, they were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully arranged. The bed was super cozy, the bathroom was clean and modern, and all amenities were available and in excellent condition Overall, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, great service, and a perfect location. I can’t wait to stay here again! ---
