Rented bikes provided for free for a lovely trip around town!

Lovely location, lots of space at the cottage with all facilities including a/c, good sauna, really nice terrace for chilling or eat outside. Owner had boat engines, bikes, supboards and more for rent. The lake is very clear and full of fish. There were some mosquitoes and horseflies but not too many. The lake is quite shallow and there are big rocks at the bottom.

Situated next to Lake Pyhäselkä in North Karelia, Holiday Linnunlahti offer self-catering apartments with a private terrace, sauna and loft. Joensuu city centre is 1 km away. This was our second time in Linnunlahti and definitely not the last. Very well decorated cottages, squeaky clean with everything one could wish for (even a MokkaMaker coffee machine 😀). Right next to the skiing tracks and a lake with a lovely beach. Thanks for everything!

This property is on a family farm, 12 km outside Savonlinna and 10 minutes’ walk from Lake Pellosjärvi. It offers a private beach, a lakeside sauna and a summer restaurant. Great stay - location was close enough to Savonlinna but not in the town, close to national parks. There's a tennis court and sauna and row boats. Honestly we easily could have stayed for much longer both at and around the property. Also the owner was super helpful and had good recommendations all around the area

Spahotel Casino is located on a private island on Lake Saimaa, 500 m from city center of Savonlinna and the 15th-century Olavinlinna Castle is 1.5 km away. The room we were given in was outstanding with an exquisite view over Lake Saimaa. This was the best view we had from a hotel in our trip through Scandinavia. The staff was very accommodating and the breakfast had a large variety! The location of the hotel was perfect.

This hotel is on Savonlinna’s main square, Kauppatori, right by Lake Saimaa. It provides free WiFi and sauna access, and a rooftop lake-view restaurant open in the summer. The pet benefit is superb and really generous! Our dog had a comfortable stay in the room. The staffs are so friendly, the food is great, and most importantly, we really love the view of lake saimaa directly from our room! Thank you so much and have a happy summer everyone!
