The staff was absolutely awesome going above and beyond to meet all our needs. One of the best meals I have ever eaten at the two Michelin star restaurant, where Chef Xavier Beaudiment treated us to an explosion of tastes and textures, beautifully presented. The creativity and talent is obvious and this place is very deserving of all its accolades. We chose the hotel/restaurant to meet our geographical trip, but in the future we might make it our destination and work the rest of our trip around it. Chapeau bas et merci!!
