Where do I start - we truly enjoyed our holidays at Enorme Santanna Beach Hotel. The facilities and rooms have very nice, clean design. From the hotel there is a nice view to the city and mountains. Hotel is located next to the beach which is fully equipped beach with comfortable sunbeds and beach bar. The beach is rocky - black rock and sand beach, but I really liked the character of the beach. Although the sea bottom itself is rocky, still it is possible to comfortably enter it and swim. Food was excellent - fresh and delicious, I especially enjoyed breakfast and dinner, it’s wide variety of different cusines and desserts were outstanding. The staff is friendly, kind and always ready to help you, so for the hotel staff itself I give 10/10. You are great and doing a great job there! As this was the first part of our trip and we did not want to do anything much just sunbathe on the beach and relax, we found this a perfect choice.

Irinny helped us when we had an issue with our transportation – she immediately took action, made phone calls, and made sure we got the help we needed. Her kindness and quick thinking made a huge difference. Roula was amazing throughout our entire stay – always smiling, helpful, and ready to assist with anything we needed around the hotel. There are a lot of facilities for children, including toddlers: inside playground, outside playground, waterslides, beach playground and a really nice beach. The room was huge and had many shelf and drawers so you can have your belongings organized. The food was various and delicious, a lot of vegetarian options too. Everything was sparkling clean, even the inside playground was decently clean. You can rent bikes or go for walks in the town, which is not an usual thing for all inclusive hotels. The gym was well equipped and not crowded. Everyone was extremely nice from the restaurant stuff who never complained about my one year old making a mess at every meal to the front desk ladies who can help you with anything you need.

She sent us wonderful recommendations about things to do in the area and beyond. She became an instant friend, which is quite rare in life. Her house is a pure wonder. The sea view, during the day and at night with a full moon was simply magical. The terrace overlooking the sea offered the best sea view in 30 years of travels around the world. This is the best place we have stayed at in Crete - by far. Highly recommended.

The hotel offers a hot tub. You can play darts at this 4-star hotel, and the area is popular for hiking and cycling. This hotel opened a couple of weeks before we arrived. So eventhough not all amenities were opened yet, we were having amazing time. Every inch of the hotel is spotless clean, personnel is always smiling and making sure that you are having a good time. Beautiful pool, breathtaking views of the rocks, valley and sea, tasty food, spacious rooms with great bathroom - this was everything we needed for great relaxing holidays:-) thank you!
