The breakfast on the terrace is delicious with a variety of options. Our room was spotless and quiet; housekeeping did an excellent job. A heartfelt thank you to Alessandra at the reception. We arrived in Rome to celebrate my daughter's birthday, and Alessandra provided excellent restaurant recommendations and arranged a special greeting for my daughter at breakfast, which was a delightful surprise. When we returned to the hotel late in the evening, Alessandra was the first to ask, "How did your birthday celebration go along?" On our last day, we left our luggage at reception to spend a few final hours in the city. We miscalculated the time, got caught in traffic, and had to run across the city center to pick our suitcases on the way to the train station. When we finally reached the hotel, exhausted and desperate, the lady at reception (whose name we didn't catch) offered us water, called a taxi, and literally saved us. Thanks to her quick assistance, we made it to our train just in time. All in all, it's 10 out of 10 to the staff. The kindness and attention of the hotel's staff created a very special atmosphere, making us feel noticed, welcomed, and cared for.

Breakfast offerings were amazing. All staff members were phenomenal, excellent & attentive service. Special recognition to Giulia who took care of us during breakfast throughout the stay, after day 1, she already knew our F&B preferences & was anticipating it without even asking, she even went beyond her job description & was recommending us sightseeing & showing us on the map the best route to navigate through the city. The Hotel Manager Andrea showed us the true Italian hospitality by checking on us everyday to ensure everything is up to our expectations. We cant forget his warm welcome & sincere fond farewell. A real example of what hotel leadership should be. We also cant forget the best guest service we received from the bellmen “Joselu” (unfortunately I cant remember his name) the gentleman from Peru, who escorted us all the way to the taxi waiting area & didn't want to leave until the taxi came. Strongly recommend to choose this beautiful boutique hotel for your stay in Rome. Thank you again HT6 for the unique & memorable service you provided to my family & I during our stay.
