When you arrive to a hotel reception, you just can sense that this is a professional and full service hotel. I liked the classic design in the lobby and the room. Very good shower and I also liked the coin laundry.

To say it short, everything was excellent. From the booking service, the room, the decoration, the whole place, the free drinks and desert, the onsen in our room, the whole spa, the view, the food quality, the breakfast offered a big range of different food to eat and whole of a good quality and fresh. Next time I go to Taiwan, I'll certainly go there again. If you go there and have some free time, go visit the nearby indigenous museum, it's only 10 minutes by foot.

The location was excellent for what we needed to do. The room was very clean. It was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a very pleasant time there.
Very basic and simple breakfast with eggs, pork floss, cabbage, bamboo shoots, coffee and tea. Location is at mountain area which took a long ride to get there. However the refreshing air and mountain view especially early morning made up for the travelling distance.
Although the room we requested was fully booked, but we had a great stay, the staff was helpful and gave great recommendations. Location is secluded, recommend those who drives. But without transportation, the staff is able to call for a taxi if you need to travel out of the area.
The small room I booked was small indeed, but had everything you need for a short stay and felt very cozy. The location is relatively close a bus terminal, snd there are some shops around. I also liked how easy the communication and checkin process was.
The location was in a walking distance from places which I want to go.
Room was spacious with bathtub and very new as they just renovated Location was easy to be located Staff all very friendly and courteous Breakfast varieties all good & delicious
