Sanna Boutique Hotel features a fitness centre, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Arusha. The property was had amazing views, modern, perfect finishes. I particularly loved that there were no carpets; it was clean and just gorgeous. I loved the murals, the food, but what stood out for me was the staff. The service was absolutely incredible. I wish I could rate them 11 out of 10. The staff at this place are always ready to help, from the frontline staff, to the restaurant staff, the cleaners, management, right down to the security guard outside. I would like to make a special mention to Prince, Evelyn, Sharon went above and beyond their call of duty to make us comfortable. Also Hadson, Rodgers, the chef (Sharon I believe) and her guys (sadly did not get their names). Also briefly met Vivian who went out of her way to help out, had a great chat. Honestly, it was just incredible, they made sure I had all I needed, even services not offered by the hotel I received, absolutely loved our drivers too, also organised by Prince and Evelyn, I will end it here

All of the stuff was so welcoming and lovely, they were super attentive throughout our stay made sure we had a fantastic Room both on our initial stay and when we’ve returned to the property. There’s a lovely pool and the gardens are exquisite. There is a little gym which you are free to use 24 seven and they also offered us a guided bike ride around the local area .
