They should have been going over and above to reassure intending guests. No real apology when we arrived either which was shocking. 1 lady at a tiny makeshift reception desk. The phone was for show but was never answered! Staff were lovely throughout the hotel but customer care and phone system are terrible. No special requests could be communicated. This needs geunine attention as intending customers will cancel. We almost did.ValerieIreland

This property would have been a ten out of ten but for a few problems stated below. In spite of the problems listed below,we would stay here again but in a room nearer the front of the hotel where the internet signal is stronger, also check up on the heating etc.

Outside would be lovely in the summer as there is a bbq and outdoor seating. This is a peaceful quiet place close to Rathnew, close to Wicklow town and Ashford where you will find beautiful walks and a short taxi ride to restaurants in these towns.
