Shower works well with good pressure (but see below, lacked curtain!) Furniture a bit old but functional. Overall a decent place to stay as long as one does not expect luxury. Breakfast was included and wasn't bad. Location was great for what I had to do, free parking available onsite a good bonus.

In a lovely residential area that is within walking distance to the river, a park with bar, food and even music and walking trails. The town has a good supermarket. And the train stops in town for easy access to Bologna. good wifi and tv.
