Cabins totally in the forest. Very clean. Excellent meals prepared when possible with local if not their own products. Very welcoming ambiance. The staff (front desk and restaurant) are very nice, very dedicated, and do all they can to make your stay enjoyable. To live Costa Rica, you have to stay there!

AMAZING experience, coming here, is like experiencing the real Costa Rica. The staff was amazing, Johnny made sure we had the best time! The food was very good as well, we were 2 vegans and we always had plenty to eat. The location is far, yes, but that's what this place is all about. We saw all types of animals, and it gave us the most peaceful experience to be surrounded by so much nature.

The hotel is an amazing place, inserted in a tropical jungle. All the paths and buildings were built respecting the existing trees, so you are in fact in a middle of a very old jungle, with animal frequently going through next to your balcony. And the hot spring pools... amazing!!

Momotus is perfect place to retreat and connect with nature, it has all the facilities you need. The jacuzzi is perfect, you can see insects, birds and if you are lucky a sloth. The hosts are super friendly, helpful and flexible, I would definitely come back!
