Glamping Sites in Luxor

This place is an absolute gem on the West Bank of Luxor. Peaceful, surrounded by lush greenery. The meals are stellar, host is kind & helpful. The room is incredibly comfortable. Wish we had been able to stay longer, highly recommended!

Mr Abdo is a great guy. He really take care of you. When we reach there it was like 7 am and our check in was 12 Am. So Abdo offer us breakfast even we were not checked in. Then soon after they gave us room like in 9 am. So we take rest. Our main goal was to do balloon ride at Luxor which was canceled due to poor weather. Then we talk to Abdo about it. He arrange us next day balloon trip on good price. So our goal was accomplished with the help of Abdo. Then after balloon ride we want to go tour at near place for site seeing but we finish all our cash on pocket. So Abdo lend us 500 EGP then we go for the 3 hour tour package provided by him. We pay 300 EGP for the tour. The guide was great. He was very knowledgeable and can speak English. He gives us like 3 hours in car and tour all the area near by Luxor. After tour it was time to check out. Normally the checkout time at hotel will be 12pm so we checked out at same time and we need to wait for train to Cairo from luxor,which depart on 7:15 pm. So Abdo look for our luggage at ground floor till our train arrival time. He also drop us free to train station by his personal car. I tip his son 50EGp. It was less compared to the hospitality provide by them. The breakfast was super and very tasty. The qty was big. They always keep asking if we need anything help. If we need tea or coffee. It was like staying at home. The whole family team was super caring for you at all the time. Thank you sweet Luxor hostel team for providing such excellent service to us. Benefit:- It's is 2 min away from Train station and Go bus Station It is 4 min away from Luxor temple. I don't click the room picture so I upload the balloon tour provided by him. It was super cheap and great Tour.

The property is close to Valley of the Kings is quiet and comfortable for the price. Hamada is a terrific host and is available for you should you need anything. We enjoyed his service a company a lot. We found navigating Egypt to be quite intense at times and enjoyed a lovely rest at Sekhnet Retreat Centre away from the busy streets of Luxor. There are some lovely animals on the property and a very sweet caretaker and his family. Lovely breakfast also.
