We stayed in one of the eco pods which had plenty of space for our family of 4 and lovely warm shower. The riad has a beautiful, authentic Moroccan atmosphere with stunning architecture that made them feel immersed in the local culture. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, even arranging an early airport transfer, which made their departure smooth and stress-free.
The location is perfect, just a short walk from Jemaa el-Fna Square in the heart of the Medina, making it easy to explore the vibrant surroundings. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and relaxing, offering a peaceful escape after busy days of sightseeing.
Our guests especially loved the breakfast at the riad, which was fresh, delicious, and the perfect start to each day. Overall, they had an amazing experience and were very happy with their stay at Riad Maialou. We highly recommend it!

United KingdomFabulous Ria - I have stayed before and this time was as fabulous as the last. The staff are exceptionally caring and genuinely want you to have the best time whilst with them. They are always available and nothing is too much trouble. The Spa offering massage, facials and Hammam's is small and intimate making the experience personal. I just love all the staff at this Riad and the proximity to the souks and life in Marrakech is only a 2 minute walk. Love this Riad.

United StatesFrom the start we were greeted by the amazing Sayed and the Agafay team who warmly welcomed us to the property and offered us some delicious mint tea and cookies while our room was being prepared. The location is excellent with beautiful views of the mountains and surrounding valley. The pool is massive and incredibly refreshing to relax at during the hot days. There is a full bar available if you want wine or cocktails and they are happy to serve you by the pool while you relax. The rooms are spacious and well laid out with big windows that overlook the mountains. The beds are comfortable as well. We had dinner on the property and it was phenomenal! There were even local singers that came in to do traditional Moroccan music with dinner. Breakfast was included with the stay and was also excellent (the coffee especially!). Bottom line, I would not hesitate to return to the property and stay again!

Everything was great, from check-in, breakfast, and service to the facilities, including the fun discovery package where the kids got to feed animals and learn more about all the animals on the ranch. The geodome tents were super comfy and peaceful and very private, with stunning views of the Atlas mountains. Highly recommend and will certainly be returning.
