Very peaceful and isolated, amazing food and very friendly and hospitable guide (Salem). The campfire was great, the stars are indescribable. There’s even signal if you walk up some of the highest dunes. I will never forget walking for hours in the sandy dunes without seeing any other footprints. It was truly a unique experience that we will treasure forever.

We enjoy camping in the Sahara Desert and riding camels. We were so fortunate to be hosted by Mhamid luxury camp who organized this magical experience. We first enjoyed a camel ride along the highest dunes in the Saharan Erg Chigaga desert and witnessed a magnificent sunset. Yassine, our guide to our tent introduced us to a very friendly salamander. Upon arrival to our camp, we had a delicious family meal,presented in a beautifully-decorated dining tent. After dinner, we enjoyed live traditional Berber music and dancing around the campfire. We spent the night under a large comfortable family-sized tent. The stars at night... breath-takingly brilliant!

Staying two nights with Younas, Hamid and Rasheed was easily the shining highlight of our three week trip to Morocco. These wise, young, generous men couldn’t have done anything more to warm our hearts, enrich our experience or increase our comfort. They went above and beyond in every way, we absolutely adored them, the accommodation and the magic of their dunes, camels, food, etc. Highly recommend - if we ever make it back, we would love to see them and stay with them again!!

A very nice evening at the camp and a great excursion the next day to Erg Chegaga. Our host and our driver were very kind towards us to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The site is exceptional, at the foot of the dunes, very well equipped and quiet. Good meal in the evening and very pleasant evening with songs by the fire. Thanks again!!!
