The property is amazing! The facilities are great - we had one day of rain and one day of sun, and enjoyed both tremendously. The amount of wildlife is really neat. But most of all is the staff and the food. They make the whole experience. They are so accommodating and attentive to every detail. They are kind, generous, and amazing chefs. Come hungry and leave feeling very taken care of. Great value and great experience. Highly recommend!

The place is amazing and the hosts super nice. You'll be surrounded from olive trees and a state of peace. Every corner is super detailed, the view is breathtaking ane the breakfast super delicious. Everything is very nearby, from the beaches to the old town. Definitely a very good place to spend a vacation in Ulcinj. 100% recommended
