The food was very good as well, we were 2 vegans and we always had plenty to eat. The location is far, yes, but that's what this place is all about. We saw all types of animals, and it gave us the most peaceful experience to be surrounded by so much nature.

The Bitzu dome is one of the most unique places I’ve ever stayed. The dome itself is spacious and comfortable with all of the necessities right there. The host Alex is a very nice guy and very responsive and helpful. He worked with me through some traveling troubles due to a tropical storm and helped me out a lot. I can’t thank him enough for his hospitality. I highly recommend the Bitzu dome and Bijagua in general if you want to be somewhere a little less touristy and truly get to appreciate the Costa Rican Culture.
