Amazing place, quiet, private outdoor shower, little patio in front of every bungalow overlooking the pool, outdoor kitchen has everything you need to make coffee and breakfast, the hosts recommended and helped us book a catamaran tour for us for the next day that turned out to be the highlight of our stay in Tamarindo! Highly recommend!!

Featuring a private entrance, this air-conditioned mobile home is comprised of a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. The rooms are really large with a kitchen that has all the necessities if you'd like to self cater. The breakfast across the road at the Naked Foods was delicious and large. Included coffee, fruit, rice and beans, salad, plantain, avo or egg. Was super filling for a day on the beach. The staff assisted me with laundry at a small additional cost which was super helpful. The Shampoo and Conditioner in the bathroom is the best I've ever used! Wish i had gotten the name of the product!

My husband and I had an amazing 4 night stay here!! The vibe of this place is so relaxed with staff that makes you feel so welcomed. I have to rave about the food because there are not many updated reviews on the kitchen here. The breakfast every morning was our favorite in Costa Rica. We would get the traditional breakfast with amazing coffee and it was just the perfect start to the day. I was pregnant when I stayed here so, unfortunately, I could not partake in the cocktails but, they looked delicious and they ran special deals on them pretty much every day. I DID however have some of the best smoothies the whole trip here. The watermelon in particular was killer. They also (it sounds like very recently) hired a chef to come in and make a whole sushi menu. My husband and I had a couple of rolls and the surf and turf bowl was exceptional!! The ambience at night with the pool and the LED lights was so relaxing just to sit out there every night and read. Our room was so comfortable and the AC unit worked marvelously…. I cannot say enough good things about this place, absolutely was the highlight of our vacation! I hope we can be back one day with our little girl in the future!

I loved everything about Combi—the simplicity, the fact that it’s so close to the beach and the amazing people I met there. The owner is incredibly kind, and the staff is just as lovely. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it easy to connect with others. While the rooms might not meet the expectations of some tourists, for me, the experience was absolutely incredible. If you’re looking for an authentic, laid-back stay away from overcrowded tourist spots, this place is perfect. I highly recommend it for its charm, spontaneity, and genuine hospitality!
