The location is stunning and the caravan exceeded our expectations. The place is difficult to reach without a car, but it really worth the effort. The surroundings are beautiful and the caravan is close to Scafell Pike, Wast Water and other marvellous places in the West part of the Lake District. There are small shops at 15 minutes drive for emergency shopping, otherwise bigger supermarkets and shops are available in the closest cities such as Whitehaven.

Guests can make use of a bar. The members of staff are just welcoming, helpful and lovely. The food is tasty and the facility is good enough. It’s also a good location for hikers. I was travelling solo to climb the Scafell Pike and met very nice people here, which made my journey special!
