Set in Rāmnagar in the Uttarakhand region, Corbett Nature Retreat features a terrace and river views. With garden views, this accommodation offers a balcony. There is an outdoor fireplace and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. it was a great stay, there are so many positives there and I’ll try and do justice. The property is cosy with 5 very well maintained and clean tents. We took two tents and the children enjoyed their own tent and it’s very safe. The river is right outside the property and is crystal clear, we enjoyed it post the safari’s. The place is pet friendly so our dog enjoyed the river and made a pug friend, basically he had a blast. The property is quiet and relaxing. The staff were very humble and welcoming and kept us pampered with different dishes and service, it felt like going to your relatives home for a few days in a village where you get peace, clean air and are pampered. The road to the village is through a forest for 5km and we saw a deer’s while going and coming back from safari’s. The kids tried climbing trees and enjoyed the swings. It’s not an adventure outing apart from the river, things like game rooms, pool, zipline,etc. are not there and we didn’t miss them/ were rather for a safari, river and peaceful evenings with a drink and the sound of the river trip, which we got.

The description and details at the time of booking do not do justice to the property. It is much much better... I had gone for a family vacation clubbed with my daughter's birthday over a long weekend. I was regularly contacted by the property beforehand to plan the Jungle Safari and the route of my travel. I was warmly welcomed at the reception by Mr. Ravinder and Mr. Jatin who completed the checkin formalities in a jiffy. I quickly rushed to the restaurant where I had an amazing lunch buffet. This was followed by 2 days of absolute happiness and luxury. The positives are: 1. Friendly, Courteous and Responsive staff. 2. Pre planning of the stay in coordination with the helpful staff. Thanks a lot Mr. Suresh for the quick and easy booking of the Jungle Safari. 3. Vast and Huge Gardens in the Property. 4. Amazing Flora and Fauna of the Property. The property boasts of some wonderful and unique trees, butterflies and birds. 5. Tasty, Healthy and Clean Food. Special thanks to Mr. Sandeep Prasad, Mr. Deepak, Mr. Manoj and Ms. Deepa for arranging and serving the food promtly and efficiently. 6. Multiple options of supervised activities for the kids. The lady guiding the kids in the activity room was very soft, polite and highly skilled. 7. Multiple options of Indoor Games in the game room. 8. Multiple options of Outdoor Games including cricket equipment, badminton equipment, volley ball 9. Large, Clean and Well Maintained Swimming Pools. 10. Luxurious and Larger than usual size of Rooms. 11. Nice food and activities at the time of High Tea. Thanks Mr. Suresh for organizing the Tambola. 12. Very near (less than 10 miutes) to the Dhela Gate and the Jhirna Zone of the Corbett National Park. 13. The staff right from reception to the waiters serving food to the room cleaning personnel all were very warm, hospital and extremely helpful. Property is well maintained I stayed in the Tents and they were awesome and last but not the least the food was super tasty and awesome and full of variety.
