Alam in particular was very helpful and helped my husband who was using crutches to get to the table from our rooms. He was so attentive and made sure we knew what food was on offer for dinner in the morning. He gave us great sunbeds and put us in touch with a boat tour guide. His English was perfect and he learned our names and made a big fuss of us. The food was beautiful, the fish in particular was sublime and the breakfasts each morning were just great. It made the holiday special and helped us to enjoy it more. I would come back here again in a flash! This beach was very clean and the water was a lovely temperature in February.

Set in Cola, a few steps from Cola Beach, Cola Beach Sunset Bay offers accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking and a bar. The place is perfect if you are looking for a quiet and secluded spot. It is not a party hub :) there were only a few ppl there during our stay, including the staff... We loved it! The calmness and peace. The only thing we ve heard was the sea waves, the trees on coconut occasionally falling on the roofs... 🤣 There are no shops around and the nearest village is about 20 min walk preceded by climbing a small hill.... But we didn't mind living on what the restaurant had in their offer - very affordable prices and delicious meals. And the kitchen is open almost the whole day ( with a short break at about 3 pm ) The shack was quite basic but what more do you need while waking up into this view...? :) I would stay there again :)

We visited South Goa this October with our 1 and half year old. We stayed at Agonda Cottages for 3 days. This property is located right on the beach shore. The view from this property is amazing. The rooms are cozy and the entire property is neatly maintained. Worth the money. The wifi is little wobbly there. The beach shack is the restaurant for the people who stay here. The menu can be tweaked and be made baby friendly on request. The staffs are extremely friendly. Special mention to Ms. Anisha Bandekar who works as a Manager at Agonda Cottages. She was very friendly, professional and helpful. We missed out wrist watch there and we never knew that we missed it at this stay. But as soon as she found the watch at the room we stayed in, she contacted us diligently and cross checked about the missing watch and even sent the watch to us through Post all the way from Goa to Tamil Nadu. Such a wonderful gesture. It was neatly packed and we received our watch without even a single scratch. My sincere thanks to Ms. Anisha Bandekar. Would 100% percent recommend this stay.

Free private parking is available on site. We found the paradise” We had a cozy stay in a bungalow at the beach. The bungalow had a big bed, shower and toilet. We had a lovely porch where we had a wonderful view of the ocean. We also had a private butler who provided us with food and drinks. The calm beach was quite, clean and wonderful. We also got amazing massage treatments at the nearby spa. We can really recommend the spa. The food was outstanding, delicious and they could also accommodate our food allergies. This is the perfect resort for having a quite and relaxing stay. We are going to return.

Location - The hotel is on the north end of Palolem beach and closest to the ocean. My ocean front room had unrestricted views of the entire beach. The breakfast has western and Indian options. It's fabulous as is all the food at the resort. The staff is awesome. Beach chairs and facilities are top notch. The mosquito net in the room was a nice touch. For the more budget minded the off-beach rooms have nice porches and shady areas.
