Even there was a shared bath room, it looked amazing. Vintage bath tube with shower. Just perfect. Bed was very comfortable and it was very warm. I was not freezing one single second. Really loved the stay and it would have been nice to be there longer.

The host was very welcoming, and everything was clean and well-prepared for our arrival. The dome itself was cozy and relaxing, and at night we could enjoy the sky and even a few stars through the clear panels (no aurora during this season, but it must be magical when it appears!). Inside, the accommodation was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed: a microwave, Nespresso machine, small refrigerator, sink, plates, cutlery, and more. It was the perfect combination of comfort and nature, and we left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in Iceland.

Ljosifoss is 26 km from the campground. Reykjavík Domestic Airport is 63 km away. It is a small hut surrounded by trees and horses. Everything is spotless, very comfortable bed and very nice owner. We even got some snacks ready for us. Absolutely recommend!

The bbq grill is a plus but mot able to use it due to weather. The property management were very responsive and supportive throughout our stay. Love that it’s isolated but few minutes drive to Selfoss. In spite of the stormy weather during our stay, we were given a window time to see the most beautiful Aurora Borealis display we have seen so far in Iceland. We also got a special Christmas present from the property… a big chocolate Christmas tree with treats inside (see photo)!!! Thank you so much!

This luxury tent provides a terrace. fantastic location comfort, warm cozy. well worth the extra, sat with glass of wine, log fire a d the cold howling wind outside, perfect. we explored a lot of southern Iceland from here. we loved these Domes and would use them again.
