The bathroom is clean, the staff clean the beach every day. Although I come from Vietnam, the Spanish food is delicious for me. If you have small luggage this is fun to take a short trekking through jungle.

It’s away from the main pier but the hotel arranges for tuktuk to pick you up and it’s a 10 minute ride. 🛌 So for context there was a storm on the first night where the power went out for about 6 hours meaning no functioning fan for one night. Slept fine anyway, slept even better on the second night with the fan. Mosquito net also provided. 🍽️ Hotel serves up breakfast, lunch and dinner. On average costing 4.50 usd for breakfast, 6.50 usd for lunch, 8.00 usd for dinner incl drinks. Card payments accepted. Good range of western and Asian options. Overall a great stay- I ended up extending my stay by 3 more nights and was lucky to take their last available room.

Popular points of interest near the lodge include Lazy Beach, Saracen Bay Beach and Sunset Beach. Our teepees were in beautiful shade but fronted the amazing beach. The beach was superb and kept really clean unlike elsewhere in Cambodia we had been. It was so peaceful. None of the few restaurants/bars chose to play any music at all which was a nice change from other places. The swimming, beach walking, sunset were stunning. We also hired a paddle board which was fun. The simple menu was tasty. We were there on one of the pizza nights and they were fired in a wood oven and delicious. The staff made calls and helped us with our ongoing journey which we appreciated.

The communal bathroom includes cold shower facilities, while electricity is available at the charging station in the restaurant. The best place to stay while on this island, the bungalow was very cute, the beach beautiful with sunset in the evening and glowing plankton at night. It is not a hotel but a community and you can feel it in the friendly atmospehere. The food was delicious as well!
