Everything and everyone. - it’s an amazing place with great attention paid to the people who stay, the horses who make it possible, and the environment itself. The cabin was comfortable, everything worked, the food, made to order, was really nice, and the location worked really well for Luang Prabang, taxis were cheap (60,000kip pr so) and easy. Saita and her crew are wonderful and always helpful. I cannot say enough about how much I loved the place and I very much want to return .

We really appreciated our stay in the river tent and would recommend every nature lover people to stay at the Namkhan.

The tent offers a private entrance, a seating area, a terrace with garden views as well as a shared bathroom featuring a hairdryer. The whole experience of staying at Naga lodge was amazing. I stayed two nights and you definitely need at least two nights to take in this experience. That experience was made my Frederic and Onh who are the owners and managers, and all of the staff. Their spirit is in this place and I immediately felt like family. They were so careful and attentive to all the small details which make a trip so memorable. The breakfast choice was fantastic including homemade ginger bread and organic homemade jams plus a whole range of other items. Both Frederic and On are excellent cooks so there is a wide range of extremely tasty western and Asian style food, and as a vegetarian they went out of their way to make me some very special dishes. A good selection of wine and quality cocktails and Laos expresso coffee are also available. The bungalows are really well made and very clean and comfortable, with mosquito nets and electric fans to keep cool if it's hot. Comfortable chairs to sit on the balcony of the bungalow and just watch the world go by. And the view of this valley is magical. I could sit all day and watch the clouds and weather change. They have mountain bikes to rent to explore the area and it's very easy to walk and enjoy a very untouched part of village life in Laos. A very moving and memorable visit that I will not forget.
