Before entering the desert, I received clear instructions to have the tires of my 4*4 partially deflated at a recommended shop. Worked seamlessly. The journey through the desert to the camp is quite self explanatory, and with a proper car it is easy (even for a novice desert driver like me). The tent was marvellous. Spacious, enough for two persons, and the view is brilliant. The open air bath room tops it off. I joined the "desert bashing" experience, to watch the sunset from the dunes. Quite exciting to experience like this. Made some wonderful picture. The dinner was buffet style and I regard it as value for money. The breakfast in the main building was good to get the day started, with plenty of choice of warm and cold dishes. Good service, and attentive staff.

One of the best experiences in our life. Staff is great and thoughtful, tents are nice, beds are comfortable. The desert is wonderful at the sunset time and at night. It’s so quiet and relaxing there. Wide selection of food for dinner and breakfast, water and snacks in each tent. We drove there on our rental car Chevrolet Tahoe with ease. However at first we met the guy who is providing shuttle service and we followed him on our car. The road is hard pressed rock and sand almost all the way to the camp and then a kilometer of softer sand across the dune. Tahoe was doing absolutely fine there with 4wd and deflated tires. Smaller cars (like Pajero, Prado) are okay I guess but 4wd and high clearance are necessary for the dune and soft sand. So no small city crossovers.

Such a peaceful time in the desert in a house that feels luxurious, comfortable and very clean. The hosts are incredibly kind and the views are amazing. It’s only 2 houses so if you’re looking for privacy and quiet time it’s much better than big camps!

Jídlo skvěle, k večeři grilovaná koza(aspon to tvrdili), ryze, kuře a jine dobrůtky. STAN čistý a pohodlný. Sprcha a koupelna zážitek. Večer oheň a šíša za příplatek. Rano jízda po dunách.

Not very far from city center and really in the the desert. Facility is really well maintained and many activities could be suggested by the owners. The staff are very warm and kind. The starry sky in the night was really amazing.

This tent's special feature is the fireplace. This tent features a shared bathroom, a dining area, a barbecue as well as a terrace. The unit offers 3 beds. The authenticity was spot on. Everyone and everything was perfect. It was a hot night and the staff put our beds outside the tents, sleeping under the stars and full moon night was above and beyond our expectations. Camel rides were a little pricey but ya gotta do it. Diner and breakfast were traditional and plentiful. We will be back!

Amazing Desert Experience – Peaceful, Clean, and Unforgettable! I stayed at the desert camp for one night on my own, and it was truly one of the best travel experiences I’ve had. The camp itself was beautifully set up – very clean, peaceful, and with a truly magical atmosphere under the stars. What made the experience even more special was the amazing driver and guide, Ali. He was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire stay. His passion for the desert and local culture really came through, and he made sure everything was perfect. Even though I was traveling alone, I never felt lonely – just completely relaxed and in awe of the stunning surroundings. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable desert experience! And the food was really nice too.

The camp is located deep in the desert in a quiet and remote setting, perfect for disconnecting from the world. The food was excellent, the restroom facilities were far beyond expectations, and the tent was very spacious and comfortable. We watched the sunset from the dunes, enjoyed a delicious dinner, and spent a peaceful evening by the firepit and under the stars. The stargazing platform was an incredible experience. The team was outstanding. Saddam took great care of us, and Ali was extremely welcoming and guided us perfectly, sharing insight into desert life and Omani culture.
