We were thrilled. For me as a European, the food was amazing. I wouldn’t give the chef just ten stars, but twenty. Very, very delicious good, offered to guests with love — I can truly recommend this place to everyone! I really appreciated the thoughtfulness of the staff and loved the quiet and intimacy of a smaller camp (only 4 tents). It was so fun meeting people from all over the world at dinnertime and breakfast, and the campfire after dinner was amazing for sharing conversation over tea while stargazing. Everything was so comfy and clean - the bed was comfortable and I loved being able to shower underneath the stars! Finding the camp was easy enough and I had a wonderful time here. Definitely go dune bashing with Ibrahim! The food was so yummy and plentiful and the sunrises/sunsets cannot be missed. I’m so glad I chose this place to stay!!

We thoroughly enjoyed the sunset trip and the campfire under the starry night, as well as the delicious Omani Quroos for breakfast. I would love to visit again someday, inshallah!

From Omani hospitality to traditional dancing demonstrations, through a full tour of the desert, meet up with camels roaming around, we felt so comfortable with Saeed, who shared with passion all his knowledge with us. Authentic food was served as well, including traditional Omani dishes and fresh grills, including traditional bread cooking in the fire. It was an amazing experience, totally adapted for kids, group of friends and families!

The camp is located deep in the desert in a quiet and remote setting, perfect for disconnecting from the world. The food was excellent, the restroom facilities were far beyond expectations, and the tent was very spacious and comfortable. We watched the sunset from the dunes, enjoyed a delicious dinner, and spent a peaceful evening by the firepit and under the stars. The stargazing platform was an incredible experience. The team was outstanding. Saddam took great care of us, and Ali was extremely welcoming and guided us perfectly, sharing insight into desert life and Omani culture.
