We extended several times as we think this is the best hotel in general luna. We saw most of the nights fireflies and the little dogs are sooo sweet. The people here are also very friendly and helpful.

Location: If you have a rented bike, then the location is 101% perfect because it's not too far from Gen Luna but far enough from the noise of bars and parties. Villa: It's perfect for 4-pax groups/family. Everything we need is available (Fridge, microwave, safe, hair blower, beach towels, a lot of cloth hangers, etc) Pool: Our family enjoyed the pool while other groups are using it too yet it has more than enough space for everyone to swim around. It looks small in the picture but not really in person. Check-in/check-out: The process is smooth and they also have a golf cart to help you carry your luggages to/from your villa.

First, I would like to say the staff, especially Malou, Gretchen, Ian, Drexel, and Loretto, were really great. They took good care of us there. We were a party of 16 people with 6 kids ages 15 and down. The staff is very, very accommodating and very nice. I am very grateful for that. Also the food is very delicious. Between the staff and the food, those are the resorts' best strength. Now, the reason for my 4 stars for the room is pretty much because the things that could have been done to just keep a better maintenance would add up to the experience. The water shower heater keeps dying, maybe because the place itself probably can't handle too many people at one time. The resort only has 10 rooms. We took about 5 on our stay. Maybe the owners or management can try and fix that, especially if they want to have more people going there. The rooms are also very small, really perfect for just 2 people, two tiny people to be comfortable. Also, the bathroom is too big and could have been cut down to give more room for the bedroom itself. Also, the main dining room can benefit from a few ceiling fans for the bugs and mosquitoes. But other than that, we had a wonderful stay at Bintana. Thank you to all the people there who took great care of us.

Soultribe seats directly at the beach and the road which is perfect for a first time traveler of Siargao like me :) I like that it has this exclusive vibe of which you can truly have a relaxing time during your stay. Food options may not be that many but their menu is quite diverse, delicious and their price are on par with every other resto on the island. Their staff are accommodating and had my cabana ready upon my arrival at 8am and so they have allowed me to check in early which was very helpful and convenient (i liked this one best because as someone who used to also work in a resort, I know how much work it takes to accommodate early guests)!!! I even had the opportunity to meet Tracy, the owner herself, while swimming haha She truly knows how and what Filipinos need and want for their vacation :) Their adopted dogs are very sweet, too! PS I was on the edge of waiting for my paycheck for me to secure this place hahahaha but I do believe that was is meant for you, will always be for you. And so it was!
