Delicious breakfast and dinner options. Would highly recommend staying here if you want a relaxing stay out of the hustle and bustle. Handy to Lio beach which is nearby and great for a sunset.

Together with my partner, we stayed in Bamboo Nest beachfront for 4 nights (initially it was only 2 nights abd we extended to 4) and that was the signature of our stay in Puerto Princesa. It was a Saturday night when we arrived and staff prepared food for everyone and were playing music together with other guests - it was absolutely a great start! They helped us with everything. If you need a kitchen, there is a small one with basic things you might need, toilets are always quite clean, shower is warm (you can directly set the temperature yourself), beds are comfortable, ambiance is beautiful just being in a bamboo room is super nice! No mosquitos issue due to the lime tree they have! A lot of dogs and cats here playing and making it lovelier! You can also rent a scooter from them. And also you can order food by them (There is a very close by kitchen with affordable prices and good quality).

We absolutely loved everything about this! Such a clever idea and so much thought was put into it. We were given a location of a derelict beach 40min drive away and set up the truck there. Both of us were automatically insured to drive the van and were left to our own devices to explore El Nido. Shower, stove, fold out bed on top of the roof, camping chairs, cooking appliances/sauces/spices provided. One night was perfect to get away from the busy hotels and atmosphere of El nido. The host was brilliant and checked up on us making sure we were all sorted.. also let us drop the van at the ferry port to make it less stressful for the onward journey. Definitely a highlight of our holiday in the Philippines.
