It was incredibly clean and very comfortable and had lots of useful things in the kitchen for a great stay, such as a coffee press, oil and vinegar, salt and pepper. The bed was so comfortable and warm, it was tastefully upholstered throughout. The toilet and shower were clean and well designed. The shower was always hot. Our favourite thing was how peaceful and private it seemed. We walked the nearby circular trail and didn't pass anyone the whole way (13km). Contact with owners was informative but contactless which we liked. It really felt like a retreat!

The water pressure was great which made showering a pleasant experience. We had a some rain and wind as well as sun and we were perfectly comfortable as there is a pellet stove in the living room. Martin and his wife are wonderful hosts. We had an issue working the stove and Martin came immediately to help us out. We would not hesitate to book this again!
