Featuring mountain views, Isambane Camp in Balule Game Reserve features accommodation, an outdoor swimming pool, a garden, a shared lounge, a terrace and a bar. Both WiFi and private parking are accessible at the lodge free of charge. The staff is absolutely amazing! Shayna, Emma and Angela were great hosts and guides, the staff was awesome and the Chef is GREAT! Safe and delicious place for vegans! The game drives were very nice and fun, the girls know their bush! We got to see the big five in only 2 days. The cabin was nice and cozy, even though it gets pretty hot during the day (at night it becomes bearable with the fan on). Good hot shower! The elephants in the pool are breathtaking and the highlight of this amazing place.

The swimming pool for exclusive use, the barbecue available to guests, the tent equipped for cooking, the professionalism of the manager, Fanie, available to provide information... Note: The last stretch of road, about 13 kilometers, is unpaved. We traveled it with a low rental car. We had no problems but of course you have to go very slowly. During the journey we saw giraffes, impalas, zebras... Spectacular!!! At the entrance to the reserve they sell wood and ice at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!!!

Staff, service, food, atmosphere was so unique and comfortable with a special upscale feel.. Thomas and Mateo our safari guides were great getting us around to see lots of game life. Lions and cheetahs were our favorites. Loved the hot towels on arrival and after safaris. The menu was varied and the food was excellent. Would recommend.

The decorations, the size of the room, the bed, the cotton sheets, and the view of monkeys and other animals outside my sliding glass door. The amenities provided in the rooms made you never want to leave. I have had coffee in the morning on my private balcony in my bathrobe after my wonderful hot shower in the luxurious bathroom. At night we sat by the pool drinking wine after our dinner. This exceptional hotel is the best-valued hotel I have ever visited.

The property features garden views, and is 48 km from Welgevonden Game Reserve. There is an outdoor fireplace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. I took my fiancé (then girlfriend) away for the weekend with the intention of proposing. I got in contact with the reserve and told them about my plans and requested them to assist with the set-up. They took us out on a private game drive whilst the staff was preparing a breakfast spot at the view point. Everyone assisted and overshot expectations. Apart from the lengths they went to to make the moment special, the whole weekend was amazing. The staff is exceptionally friendly and one feels at home. I would definitely recommend Summerplace for a weekend break away.

Southern Sands Ecolodge offers tented accommodation within the Ndlovumzi Nature Reserve, located on the banks of the mighty Olifants River. This is the best spot to be if you want to visit the blyde river canyon. Terry and Robina are just the most wonderful host, they made our journey unique and unforgettable. The tent is very comfortable and it is next the to the olifant river, so you just hear nature all around you. Amazing!
